The Boog & Wink, LLC

A family owned business inspired by our two amazing girls.

Adam and Kayla Goodwin are the proud owners of Tide Chaser Enterprises LLC and The Boog & Wink LLC. Their journey started in 2019 with the establishment of Tide Chaser, a one-boat fishing charter company based in Murrells Inlet, SC. Over time, it evolved into a successful three-boat charter operation with a team of skilled employees. Adam has since expanded his operations to Coastal Marine on Hwy 544 in Socastee. Kayla, who works full-time as an assistant to a local magistrate judge and is also a professional photographer and marketer. She discovered her passion of creating graphics for Tide Chaser’s marketing campaigns and making DIY craft t shirts for the girls by using printable heat transfer paper. Along with Adam, she taught herself how to make shirts using the Direct to Film method, which has been a fulfilling experience.

After naming their craft "The Boog & Wink" in honor of their two daughters, Harper and Holland, Adam and Kayla decided to turn this into a retail business venture. They offer graphic shirts, hats, boutique apparel, handmade bracelets by Creations by Paisley Ann, Wild Stock Custom Hats, Kendra Scott, and have recently built a trademarked brand call “Southern Protocol.” They've already exceeded their start-up goal and have shipped products to customers all over the United States.
The Boog & Wink LLC is all about celebrating unique styles, hobbies, and interests. Kayla and Adam are committed to ensuring that their customers receive high quality products with a personable shopping experience. She prints our graphic apparel at home and she stands by her Direct To Film products.
